Is this the right thing for me to do?

Are you struggling to cope with any aspect of your life? Are you facing any challenges and do not know the answers? Do you wonder how to cope or have the courage to move forward? Then this service can be of real benefit for you.
You are welcome to arrange a first session to come and discuss your concerns and to ascertain whether this in in fact the right thing for you to do.

What problems do you treat in counselling children and young people?

  • Emotional and Behavioural Problems (anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem, self harm, thumb sucking, nail biting, bed wetting or soiling, sleep disturbances, eating problems, anger and aggression, sibling rivalry, disobedience, bullying, temper tantrums, dishonesty, destructiveness, truancy)
  • Divorce
  • Bereavement
  • Trauma and Self Harm
  • Relationship problems
  • Low self-esteem and Confidence issues
  • Adjustment problems

How many counselling sessions ?

This is entirely dependent on each individual case and will be discussed during our first session.

 

What are the fees?

Coaching - £85 per 50 minute session and £120 per 90 minute session

Child Assessments - £395, payable when feedback is given (two hour session, evaluation, research and feedback all inclusive)

Play Therapy and Children - £60 per 40 minute session

Teenagers - £75 per 50 minute session

Adults - £85 per 50 minute session

Parental Guidance - £90 per 50 minute session

Family Therapy - £150 per 90 minute session


All fees are payable at the start of each session.



What if I am late for my appointment?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelled appointments, otherwise the full fee is payable. I fyou are late arriving for your session, we will still terminate at the usual time so as not to delay the next client.
