What problems do you treat in counselling children and
- Emotional and Behavioural Problems (anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem,
self harm, thumb sucking, nail biting, bed wetting or soiling, sleep disturbances, eating problems, anger and aggression,
sibling rivalry, disobedience, bullying, temper tantrums, dishonesty, destructiveness, truancy)
- Trauma and Self Harm
- Relationship problems
- Low self-esteem and Confidence issues
How many counselling sessions ?
The length of time to see any
therapist or counsellor depends completely on each individual and the severity of the problem.
On average children
need 9 - 12 sessions, although it can take shorter or longer. Play Therapy sessions last for 40 minutes, usually on the same
day and time every week. Sessions for Teenagers and Adults last for 50 minutes.
What are the fees?
Assessments - £395, payable when feedback is given. (two hour session, evaluation, research and feedback all inclusive)
Play Therapy and Child Counselling - £50 per session
Teenage Counselling - £60
Adult Counselling or Coaching - £80
Parental Guidanace - £80 per
Family Therapy - £110 per session
All fees are payable at the start of each session.
What if I am late for my appointment?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelled
appointments, otherwise the full fee is payable. I fyou are late arriving for your session, we will still terminate at the
usual time so as not to delay the next client.
